Work Comp Audits for Employee Leasing Programs
CRC works on both sides of the employee leasing transaction, lessors and lessees.
A customer had previously been with a leasing company and were paying a penalty in their incorrectly calculated mod. CRC worked with the leasing company to have the proper data provided to the bureau, thereby lowering the customer’s mod and recovering money for them.
A leasing company experienced a rash of claims that resulted in higher and higher mods. CRC examined the claims and prompted several mod lowering revisions and a six-figure recovery.
CRC identified an error in the application of an employee leasing agreement that lowered the customer’s charges and making the leasing company more competitive and preserving the leasing arrangement.
